Tardiness

The session will be deemed canceled if the client arrives more than 30 minutes late(Only Applies on portrait or car sessions)

Cancellations

If shoot is cancelled or postponed and client notifies before 72 hours already paid the client can either get a refund or postpone the shoot to another game later in time. If notified of cancellation within 24 hours client can receive 50% refund or postpone the shoot for free. Same rules apply for portrait and car shoots

I suggest having a group of 2 to 4 individuals for outdoor activities. Larger groups can often distract from the primary focus of capturing quality images, resulting in fewer photos than intended. However, the decision is ultimately yours. Feel free to bring the entire family if you wish!
